| Prayer is a vital part of everything we do at Mel Trotter Ministries. Every Monday morning the staff meets for prayer. We pray for each other, the residents and community, our friends and donors, and for the Mission in general. If you have a request for which you would like prayer, please send it to senders@meltrotter.org. Provide only as many details as you are comfortable in sharing and we will make sure we pray for you and your concern. - The residents, and members of the community, whom we serve everyday. Pray that everyone we meet will find extactly the spiritual and physical help they need.
- All those who minister at Mel Trotter. Pray that the Gospel will be clearly proclaimed, in both word and deed, and that many would trust Christ as their Savior.
- The Mission staff as we serve the hungry, homeless, and hurting. Pray that we would have wisdom and discernment.
- The finances necessary to do all that we believe God has called us. God has been so faithful in the past and we believe will be in the future.
- The volunteers needed to assist the staff in a variety of ways. Pray that God will raise up skilled volunteers in areas such as plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work.
- The food necessary to serve 750 meals per day, as well as fill 500 food boxes per month, would be donated to the Mission.
